Primary responsibilities will be to lead Datacenter hardware/software customer technical engagement for systems being deployed at vast scale. Then read on.What you’ll be doing:As a member of a focused account team, you will be the technical contact point on NVIDIA products, helping an internet giant and cloud providers to have a state-of-the-art IT infrastructure.We work directly with best-in-class engineering teams to secure design wins, tackle problems, bring to production and help support thought retirement.Become a trusted advisor to your customer and understand their environment including its constraints. Translate this into product requirements and solutions as well as help them and NVIDIA see around corners to avoid problems. Help your customer to get the most value out of NVIDIA technology and help NVIDIA know how to craft better products in the future.Shepherd customer issues to resolution and provide timely advance warning of issues.What we need to see:2+ years meaningful work experience.BS in EE, CS, Math, or Physics or equivalent experienceIn-depth knowledge of computer systems architectureFamiliarity (work experience) with at Python as well as C or C++Software development and data science experienceFamiliarity with an AI framework (Tensorflow, Pytorch or MxNet)GPU development experienceExcellent interpersonal skills including ability to explain sophisticated technical topics to non-experts Driven to learn and apply new technologyWays to stand out from the crowd:Sophisticated Deep Learning and/or AI experienceCloud development/deployment experienceLarge scale systems management experienceLarge clustering networking technologies (MPI, NCCL or similar)Ability to quickly learn new technologies and skillsAdvanced degreeNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers with very competitive benefits.
