As an NVIDIAN, you will be immersed in a diverse, supportive environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work.We are looking for an experienced Stock Plan Administrator based out of NVIDIA’s Global Resource Center (GRC) in Bangalore, India, as part of the Finance team, reporting directly to the Corporate Director of Global Stock Administration. This role will be required to maintain confidentiality and treat sensitive information with discretion, act as a role model for ethical behavior, and be an advocate of and follow Company policies. This role requires excellent people, communication and writing skills; be able to work collaboratively across various business units, regions and be self-motivated.What you'll be doing:Maintain and ensure integrity of the equity awards for individuals who have moved between countries with special attention to Israel and ChinaCalculate non-Israel taxation due on RSU vest eventsCoordinate with Israel Trustee for their calculation of Israel tax and prepare a blended rate for use in our Admin systemPrepare and present global equity education, host local Office Hours and resolve simple to complex equity program questionsGenerate regular and ad-hoc reports for Payroll, HR, Financial Reporting, Legal, Tax, Treasury and Accounting including SOX 404 documentationProvide support for other departmental activities or special projects as needed including international tax and securities research and complianceWhat we need to see:Minimum 4+ years of experience in Stock Administration and/or AccountingFinance/Accounting degree or CEP (level1 or above) preferred or equivalent work experienceStrong attention to detail with excellent follow-up skillsAbility to work and think independentlyComfortability speaking in front of peer audienceCommitment and dedication to provide excellent customer serviceProficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel and WordWays to stand out from the crowd:Solid business judgment with ability to think strategically and plan effectively; be hands on, accurate, with attention to details and results orientedInterested and experienced with international mobility including understanding company withholding tax obligations?Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and cultivate team spiritWidely considered to be one of the technology world's most desirable employers.
