Systems Analyst - Accounts Payable

We are now looking for a Systems Analyst - Accounts Payable!This role is based out of NVIDIA’s Global Resource Center (GRC) in Bangalore, India as part of the Finance team and reports directly to the GRC Manager. You will be primarily responsible to provide support to Global AP team members in better utilization of AP systems and tools. This involves understanding and improving AP and related systems, primarily Open Text VIM, to achieve maximum automation, resolving day to day system issues of team and collaborating with process owner, IT, and vendors to drive system and process enhancements. This position will be required to have demonstrated in-depth knowledge of a modern accounts payable tools. If you are interested in discovering and implementing new system features, we wish to meet you.What you'll be doing:Be overall responsible to deliver and support business initiatives for all aspects of SAP with focus on Opentext, Coupa and other related systems by being a trusted advisor, helping business make better informed decisions and proposing relevant system solutions for key challenges. Evaluate business and system impact of proposed changes.Provide deep functional and technical expertise, as well as demonstrated knowledge of key integration points across application modules and technical components.Share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the respective area.Coordinating with IT, developers and partners to implement system changes and upgrades to ensure knowledge consistency and standard methodologies.Testing and maintaining systems to ensure that they are working properly and efficiently and maintaining documentation for systemsStaying informed about new technology and industry developmentsImplement standard methodologies for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performanceProviding technical expertise and training to resolve support issues.What we need to see:Minimum of 5+ years of SAP ECC/S4 experience in handling and supporting Opentext application and related AP systems.SAP Opentext (VIM) support process is key to this role. Experience integrating Opentext with SAP and related enterprise applications.Strong verbal and written communication skills, in addition to strong shared work experience using collaboration and interpersonal skills.Bachelors or BS degree in Finance or equivalent experienceWays to stand out from the crowd:Past experience of Coupa tool including supplier management feature.Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of organization and cope with rapidly changing information.Experience with banking related IT requirements and H2H payment process implementation and running AP ticketing systems.Good understanding of end-to-end procure to pay landscape.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
