This role is based out of NVIDIA’s Corporate Office in Santa Clara, CA as part of the Finance team and reports directly to the Director of Accounts Payable. The global process improvement team maintains the design and integrity of the end-to-end processes with an opportunity to engage with the Procure to Pay (P2P) landscape to focus on further globalization and standardization. This role is part of the global process improvement team, supporting global Accounts Payable (AP) operations to simplify, streamline, standardize and automate AP processes and overarching with other business partners to reduce manual and variability of processes. In addition, you will be primarily responsible for advising, crafting, and implementing process changes to improve efficiencies and compliance and controls. This position is the best suited for a career-minded professional who is meticulous and enjoys working in a challenging and demanding environment.What you’ll be doing:Define and implement standard methodologies for end-to-end AP operations, including process improvements and automation solutions.Possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of the entire scope of P2P processes including supplier management, purchase order validation, and invoice validation to optimize efficiency and productivity for the invoice to pay cycle.Drive standardization and optimization by deep diving into the processes with diagnostic of the end-to-end AP operations to provide a clear view into root causes.Working with upstream and downstream dependencies for comprehensive insights for process across geographies and business unitsActing as a trusted business advisor to AP operations and across business functions to develop the best strategy for each process which will deliver the best outcome and quality processes.Contribute to P2P and AP operations by supporting and managing process optimization as well as capitalize on opportunities by partnering with other key stakeholders.What we need to see:Undergraduate or master’s in finance/accounting (or equivalent experience).5+ years of experience in AP and P2P operations.Excellent understanding of P2P processes.
