And in the next few years, it will transform every industry.We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can function in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment to be part of our Japan Finance Team.What you’ll be doing:Manage employee reimbursement process including expense reports and policy compliance.Responsible for vendor payable process from invoice to payment.Lead payroll process coordinating with internal systems and payroll and responsible for payroll related governmental filings.Perform month/year-end closing, fixed assets physical verification process and fulfill group reporting requirementsPrepare cash flow forecasts and manage baking related mattersSupport local taxation reporting & compliance including VAT, CIT, Withholding Tax, Property Tax, and stock benefit.Provide business support to the site management team & cross functional collaborationAd-hoc assignments & internal projectsWhat we need to see:Bachelor’s degree with finance/accounting backgrounds is preferred.Nissho Bookkeeping Certificate 2nd grade or above is required.At least 5+ years of experience in accounting and tax.Native Japanese speaker and proficiency in EnglishJapan Corporation Tax Filings experienceSAP experience is preferredSmall office experience-very hands-on and detail oriented.Payroll handling experienceFlexible, patient, responsive, tolerant, and have good inter-personal skill
