NVIDIA’s Deep Learning Institute (DLI) is looking for an experienced technical training professional to lead DLI education and training activity in Taiwan. As a key member of the Taiwan R&D Center team, this role is responsible for developer education on NVIDIA platforms. Through your expertise and experience you will help drive the success of our training activity and programs. While primarily dedicated to Taiwan, this role will also support training activity throughout Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand. You will support course development and delivery, as well as own the training and certification of instructors in the region. Through this work you will build partnerships with universities, corporate & government partners, and other organizations. You will in turn collaborate with and be supported by a globally-distributed team of like-minded professionals, committed to growing our community of developers by helping them learn how to better the world through the power of artificial intelligence and other accelerated technologies. DLI operates like a startup, but with the support of a much larger organization.What you’ll be doing:Collaborate with local government and university partners in Taiwan, SEA and ANZ, to support the adoption of NVIDIA technology into their AI curricula.Champion AI and accelerated computing education within the Taiwan, SEA and ANZ technical communities and NVIDIA ecosystem.Develop enterprise training plans for key partners and customers, including needs assessments, learning paths and other training-related support tools.Conduct Train-the-Trainer workshops and promote certified instructor achievements to grow and develop the community of NVIDIA Certified Instructors.Conduct instructor evaluations / interviews to assess and certify DLI instructor candidates. Support the DLI Content Development team with translation requirements, development of local case studies, and generating relevant new content that keeps NVIDIA at the forefront of AI-related training.Deliver DLI training workshops as needed as an NVIDIA Certified Instructor. Plan, define, and deliver public training workshops, both online and in-person at key events.Deliver training to NVIDIA employees in collaboration with the NVIDIA L&D team.  Coordinate with the developer marketing team in Taiwan and at HQ on outbound messaging, product launches, and content development.What we need to see:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree(s) in computer science/engineering, or equivalent experience; 3+ years of experience working with AI technologies, with advanced knowledge of modern AI software, machine learning algorithms and AI-driven applicationsProfessional experience delivering technical training both online and in-person. Passion for helping others learn new technologies and how AI can transform organizations and industries for future good.Demonstrated effective presentation skills that engage technical audiences. Solid understanding of the accelerated computing and AI ecosystem – which technologies are emerging most quickly, key players, competitors, etc.Excellent written and verbal communication in English is essential. Role requires working successfully across all major internal functional areas (engineering, sales, and marketing) and with external partners, customers, and content developers.Willingness to travel (up to 20%) for training deliveries and conferencesWays to stand out from the crowd:Familiarity with high-performance computing applications using NVIDIA technology.Experience in deep learning applications for industry verticals. Experience building hands-on training for a technical audienceParallel programming expertise.Ability to influence others in matrixed environments.
