Finance Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team. As an integral member of the FP&A team, our Organization’s overarching responsibilities are to provide the highest caliber of relevant financial and business information that is both informative and measurable, enabling effective decisions-making at all levels of the Company and improving our financial performance. This is a critical position within the Finance organization requiring deep Business Intelligence experience and advanced data skills to improve data quality, governance, reporting and analytics and to help build our Finance data foundation.  We are looking for an energetic individual who thrives on teamwork in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and who has excellent communication skills.What you’ll be doing:Work closely with finance analysts to understand their data needs and prototype solutions for rapid feedbackAnalyze and validate data from source systems and/or data foundation meet data requirementsDesign, build and maintain front-end business intelligence solutions for broad FP&A consumption including reports, dashboards and data exportsEnsure BI solutions are reliable, secure and meets performance requirementsPartner across Finance and IT to streamline data and reporting processesWhat we need to see:Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Math or related field or equivalent experience5+ years of designing and developing Business Intelligence solutions using Power BIStrong understanding of FP&A business and systems processesDetail orientated with the highest regard for accuracy and completenessExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build successful relationships and partner across IT and FinanceDemonstrated expertise in Power BI, Tableau, SQL and data analysis. Preferred experience with SAP HANA, Alteryx, Python and/or RWays to stand out from the crowd:FP&A reporting and analytics experienceRapid design and prototype experienceData Modeling, SAP HANA, BI tool platform administration experienceCreative and innovative teammate with a positive approach and a focus on business solutionsNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
