As a key member of the NVIDIA professional services group, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our Professional Services team at NVIDIA. As a Service Program Manager, you will be vital in overseeing and driving the successful execution of complex service programs for our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PS engineers, hardware and software engineering, data center operations, and project managers, to ensure the seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer experiences and initiatives.What will you be doingLeading and managing end-to-end execution of service programs related to Nvidia SuperPOD, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This includes leveraging your expertise to drive technical strategy, planning, and execution with engineering partners.Developing comprehensive program delivery plans, including scoping, resource allocation, task sequencing, and risk management strategies, to achieve successful project outcomes.Engaging and building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations, and effectively communicating program status, risks, and mitigation plans to ensure customer satisfaction. This includes engaging executives, engineering teams, and external partners and ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.Driving engagement with partners, decomposing requirements into technical execution plans, tracking progress towards goals, and reporting status to customers and technological leadership.Establishing and maintaining project metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, evaluate program success, Identify areas for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance service programWhat we need to see:BS/MA in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications in project or program management are a plus.8+ years of relevant experience in program management, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end service programs, including project scoping, planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. 4+ years of technical or service program management experience in the datacenter domain.Strong customer orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to understand and address client needs effectively.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams, including consultants, engineers, and project managers, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet project objectives.Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within established deadlines.Experience with cloud infrastructure and data center deployments is a plus.
