The NVIDIA Sales Operations team is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst, Cloud to build programs and implement sales strategies that grow NVIDIA’s cloud business!In this newly created role, we seek a high-energy sales operations professional who will partner with sales leaders, regional sales operations teams, business operations and other groups to align business and financial goals. It is an exciting opportunity to be a leader in operationalizing a go-to-market motion!What you’ll be doing:Own and lead all aspects of sales operations related to our cloud route to market.Learn to run and administer the NVIDIA CRM application, Salesforce.com, and become an authority in the application related to our cloud business.Be the guide on ensuring eligible opportunities can be registered with our top cloud providers.Work with our enablement team to define the training strategy for all things related to our cloud route to market. Conduct quarterly reminders and use digital tools to increase the efficiency of the sales team.Audit and maintain processes to ensure the accuracy of the data quality within the Salesforce.com database.Build, run, and analyze reports and dashboards & in doing so provide insight into the business.Interface daily with the NVIDIA sales teams and partners.Analyze and document business requirements across multiple departments and systems.Redesign and improve existing sales and operational processes as the organization evolves.Manage ad hoc requests regarding reports, processes, requests for assistance, and general support.Continuous identification of opportunities for process improvement.Assist sales management in understanding and resolving process bottlenecks and inconsistencies towards operational excellence.What we need to see:BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience5+ years of previous sales operations and/or finance experience or equivalentDeep experience in Cloud and B2C routes to marketAdvanced level Excel skillsExperience with salesforce.comAbility to take initiative, work flexibly, and set priorities with minimal direct supervisionStrong analytical skills, disciplined attention to detail, highly organized and thoroughEffective in managing time and capable of balancing multiple demands and competing challengesWays to stand out from the crowd:Experience with direct, indirect, and cloud sales modelsSFDC admin certificationExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to persuade -- using simple communication that conveys sophisticated concepts in a compelling, concise, and creative way.The base salary range is $88,000 - $195,500.
