The Solution Engineer works in tandem with Direct Sales Team, Product, and Professional Services to provide and demonstrate customized environments to help address prospect scenarios during the sales process. This position reports to the Solution Engineering Manager. Responsibilities Work in tandem with Direct Sales Team, Product, and Professional Services to develop customized environments to help address prospect scenarios during the sales process. Contribute and/or lead prospect specific inquiries/scoping projects around implementation, nCino Support models, technical configuration, security, and/or data integration Perform detailed analysis of technical requirements during sales cycle Demonstrate implementing Salesforce.com security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups within an nCino demonstration environment. Demonstrate creating Salesforce.com custom objects, fields and editing page layouts within an nCino demonstration environment. Demonstrate creating Workflow and Approval Processes within an nCino demonstration environment Create dashboards and reports to represent prospect specific Load or export data via the Apex Data Loader and other tools Lead training webinars for internal nCino to explain recent release functionality, demonstration environment configuration and behavior. Maintain training materials for new hires to help get them up to speed on the internal demonstration environment.
