The PDE Enablement Program Manager is responsible for the management of content collection, organization, and onboarding through employee training. The work includes developing and delivering content while managing the coordination of creation and delivery with input by other groups as needed. Expected outcomes include time to value expedition of new hires, molding employees as trusted advisors within their realm of expertise and employee career progression through ongoing professional development initiatives. A successful PDE Enablement Program Manager will work with leadership and other identified stakeholders to develop and maintain both an onboarding strategy that empowers PDE new hires to provide value to our organization and teams more efficiently, and a continuous education program to promote enablement and knowledge advancement. By providing structured learning environments, this role will help minimize the time required for new employees to add value to their teams, and for tenured employees to continually develop and contribute. This role will influence nCino leadership to participate in the development, execution, and funding of the program. Success in this role will rely on continuous review and improvement to training material and processes while providing feedback to global PDE department leaders on proposed process improvements. This role is responsible for the roll out and maintenance of the onboarding and enablement programs through both hands-on development and training, as well as working collaboratively with other enablement leaders across nCino and being an active participant within the Global Enablement Center of Excellence. Responsibilities •    Own the PDE employee onboarding and enablement programs. The program should inspire, motivate, and proficiently educate employees on the nCino business, culture and product offerings and provide them role specific training.•    Partners with PDE Leadership and/or stakeholders to generate and curate onboarding for all PDE roles and levels •    Collaborate across departments to influence and steer content creators and trainers who report to other managers  •    Collaborate with leadership to develop an onboarding learning plan and create content relevant to each group that allows for a customization of training based on employee role •    Collaborate with leadership on enhancements and content ownership  •    Act as a consultant to new employees  •    Introduce and train the theory of nCino culture and the importance of maintaining our culture  •    Self-deliver and self-facilitate employee training •    Coordinate with HR, IT, and other departments for training on internal applications including Nexonia, Workday, and Salesforce.  •    Assist in content creation/preparation of training materials to include creation of nCino Knowledge articles •    Through collaboration with management, identify anticipated training needs based on organization initiatives, department functions, career development needs, and other factors •    Conducts training for managers on techniques and content for continued training of their employees •    This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department •    Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization •    Develops processes and tools that are scalable and extendable to support nCino’s global growth•    Monitor effectiveness of programs and progress of trainees; Modify or improve existing program to meet department and employee needs or incorporate new training needs •    Measure the impact of training and content through engagement, surveys and feedback and provide ongoing reporting and analysis of training activities to PDE Leadership•    Collaborates regularly with hiring manager to communicate training status of employee as well as performance updates •    Create a partnership environment with managers and focus on methods to enable employee success  •    Collaborate with other enablement leaders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.) through active participation within the Global Enablement Center of Excellence to ensure we are supporting the enablement objectives across nCino.Qualifications •    Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years’ experience or an equivalent combination •    5+ years of product management or software engineering experience •    Advanced public speaking/presentation skills •    Excellent communication skills •    Demonstrated success leading vital programs across numerous departments•    Influencing stakeholders and decision makers•    Relationship management: extraordinary emotional intelligence and collaboration management skills with cross-functional teams of all levels in a matrixed organization•    Critical thinking: ability to connect the dots and handle project plans, timelines, and risks effectively•    Capacity to deliver results under pressure in a highly dynamic environmentOrganizational skills with demonstrated experience managing learning plans •    Demonstrated appreciation of nCino culture and ability to inspire new hires to embrace the culture •    Willingness to learn and utilize emerging technologies •    Familiarity with Product Development standards and practices •    Demonstrated experience working with cross departmental stakeholders•    Excellent problem-solving skills, using an analytical and logical approach to solve complex problems •    Strong business and technical acumenDesired•    Experience in developing or managing learning plans, content management, and/or instructional design within a SAAS or relevant technology organization•    Experience with Salesforce and AWS •    1+ year experience with employee onboarding for a SaaS company If you thrive in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment, we invite you to share your passion, ideas and excitement at nCino. nCino provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran status, disability, genetics or other protected groups.
