Product Management at nCino is a unique opportunity to continue to develop industry leading solutions that help transform the way financial institutions operate and service their customers.Responsibilities Be a front runner to push product vision, strategy, development, and execution to establish world-class, industry-leading, well-adopted products Manage the entire product lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going conversations with customers and non-customers Keep one eye on our fast moving environment to ensure we remain well positioned Drive the product road map to meet business objectives & goals Collaborate closely with development teams to evaluate and iterate on ideas and designs  Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field 4+ years of software marketing/product management experience or combination experience, education, & superior performance Experience in presenting to multiple layers of a company, including executives Experience being involved in the sales cycle and conducting customer interviews Outstanding written and oral communication skills Proven ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment Demonstrable ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements Travel Requirements - <10%    Desired: Advanced knowledge of Agile principles Mortgage Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of the mortgage industry, specifically the mortgage closing process, including key stakeholders, regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. If you thrive in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment, we invite you to share your passion, ideas and excitement with us.We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran status, disability, genetics or other protected groups.
