Your RoleThe Technical Project Manager is part of the Consulting Centre of Excellence, working within a team of highly skilled practitioners, architects and project managers to assist some of the world’s largest and most prestigious clients to better implement and adopt our market leading solutions. The role requires deep practical knowledge of project management methodologies and practices and a working knowledge of cyber security and the threat landscape. A background of successfully interpreting requirements and translating them into an operational solution is crucial.This role will involve travel within EMEA.Job Responsibilities:Work with the consulting architect and customer to identify and agree on success criteria and achievable milestones. Work with the consulting architect and implementation consultants to develop an implementation plan which will enable customers to realise their adoption goals.Obtain customer buy-in to the deployment approach and partner with them to align their resources in support of the plan.Work alongside the implementation consultants to ensure the smooth delivery of the solution, proactively target and resolve obstacles and ensure that the project team achive the timely delivery of project goals.Ensure project documentation is current and project stakeholders are kept informed of progress. Job Requirements:5+ years of successful project management delivering cyber security solutions to internal or external clients.Cyber security knowledge and an understanding of market trends in the Security industry and business.Ability to relate to a wide range of technical staff and leaders in customer environments.Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit to problem solving.Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and follow-through on projects with minimal supervision.Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse problems and develop strategic and tactical plans.Industry recognised certification such as Scrum Master, Prince 2 Practitioner or membership of the association of project management.Strong communication abilities in both written, and verbal form to a variety of audiences in English.Excellent documentation skills.Broadcom is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
