Clarivate is seeking to hire on an energetic Compliance Analyst to join our global Human Resources team! Exhibiting strong analytical skills, you will help coordinate our HR compliance reporting to comply with various federal, state, and local requirements. Working alongside Clarivate’s immigration counsel and Senior Compliance Manager, you will oversee immigration programs and assist foreign nationals with immigration procedures. Utilizing your strong attention to detail, you will ensure all paperwork, including applications for immigration and visas are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Partnering internally across the organization, you will participate on internal teams tasked with carrying out HR initiatives and process improvements as needed.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments…Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related area with coursework relevant to the practice of human resources2+ years of relevant work experience in HR compliance or HR Generalist capacity1+ year(s) of recent experience in US immigration2+ years of Affirmative Action and other government reporting (i.e., EEO-1, California Pay Data, VETS-4212, etc.) is a mustProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPointIt would be great if you also had…PHR or SHRM-CP Certification would be a plus3+ years of experience in HR Compliance is preferredGlobal immigration experienceExcellent oral and written communication skillsPositive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience providing proactive, high-quality service to internal and external clientsSolid critical thinking skills and ability to bring forward situationally appropriate solutions to challengesDemonstrated flexibility and willingness to modify plans to meet deadlinesWhat will you be doing in this role?...Collect data for annual EEO-1, California Pay Data, VETS-4212, Affirmative Action Plans (AAP) or other required government reports and provide to Clarivate’s legal partner to prepare accurate and timely reports as needed to fulfill compliance obligations. Provide recommendations to Senior Compliance Manager on how to better manage and report data to ensure simplicity and accuracy in reporting.Assist in the implementation of AAP action plans and document measures taken including outreach efforts, training needs, and other colleague programsIn partnership with Senior Compliance Manager and Clarivate’s legal partner, run needed reports and provide other needed information upon request in response to an audit notificationSupport Clarivate’s Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) effortsProvide support with SOX HR AuditsMonitor and bring forward information about legislative changes that may impact our colleague policies and practices GloballyCreate and update accurate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key processes, as prioritizedRespond to RFP requests and other client inquiries related to Clarivate’s HR compliance programs, staff demographic information, etc. Partner with Senior Compliance Manager to determine what level of data should be sharedContribute to HR analysis for annual and ad hoc I&D reportingManage annual replacement of labor law posters for U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico in partnership with our vendorAbout the TeamThe HR Compliance Team, within the Employment Practices function, is integral in ensuring the organization is compliant with Federal, State and Local laws and regulations regarding employment and reporting matters globally. The Employment Practices umbrella includes, but is not limited to: annual government reporting and other required reporting based on contract requirements, I-9 audits and remediation, complying with local background check requirements on a global scale, mandatory HR-related compliance training, work authorizations and global policy review and retention.
