We are a global tech company looking for a passionate DevOps Engineer to maintain and expand CI/CD processes, leverage new technologies and cloud services, drive innovation and be actively engaged with the Clarivate DevOps Community. Automation has to be an obsession to increase velocity and control in everything we do, always following standard corporate processes to keep the cloud infrastructure healthy, cost-optimized and secure. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  BS/MS degree in the field of computer science is expected. Minimum of 5 years overall work experience, of which a minimum of 3 years should be as DevOps or Solution Designer. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery approaches and implementations. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS Services, AWS CLI and Terraform. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with monitoring. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with enterprise standards and regulations (such as ISO-27001, SOC-2, GDPR).  It would be great if you also had . . .  Experience administering both Windows & Linux. Experience with Datadog for monitoring. Experience with AzureDevops for pipelines. Experience with Docker/Containers and that ecosystem. Understanding of SDLC, patching, releases and systems administration activities. Knowledge of configuration-management using a tool like Ansible, Puppet or Chef. Competence with Oracle and/or Postgres. Understanding of cloud-native software architectures (auto-scaling, microservices, serverless). A customer-driven approach and excellent customer service skills. Effective time management skills; able to prioritize and handle interruptions. Ability to identify problems and apply solutions proactively.  What will you be doing in this role? As a part of a DevOps team, this role supports Development and QA through automation. You will help troubleshoot, help deliver software faster, help improve stability and help create infrastructure in AWS using IaC principles. Automate SDLC processes following standard CI/CD practices Simplify and improve the software delivery processes and the Developer Experience Support cloud-based solutions by maintaining and building infrastructure in AWS Participate in new architecture designs Analyze and fix issues identified or reported Plan, coordinate and implement changes to improve software configurations and installations Interact with development teams and cloud providers to get things done efficiently and effectively Act as a technical contact person for sales or other internal teams Review and answer customer facing questionnaires in time and in high quality Active participation in internal assessments and data privacy or security audits. Keep consistent documentation as part of any task assigned  Product you will be developing  You will be responsible for operating one of our IP Management solutions.  About the Team   Clarivate has a large DevOps community who is operating several different IP Management solutions. As a DevOps engineer you will be part of a smaller team who is responsible for one or more of those solutions.
