As a QA manager, you will lead the Quality teams focused on various Clarivate products. Hand-on first level management position, responsible for the management of quality engineering team including their deliverables, growth, and aspirations. Your team will be responsible for Quality Process and deliverables from QA point of view. You will be managing a team, with focus on Quality and high-performance culture to maximize efforts across teams. You will build knowledge, capacity, and capability within teams, promoting a culture of great quality practices and life-long learning. You are technology driven, comfortable in leading change, customer oriented, supportive and a good coach for the teams as well as leader of teams.Will be responsible for,Leading a team of 8-10 QA engineers & leaders and assisting in task deliveries, career progression & delivering as per organization’s manifestoMentoring the QA/SDET colleagues & provide the technical direction.Partnering with Dev, DevOps, and delivery stakeholders to ensure that product quality is given highest priority during each delivery cycleOverseeing and supporting creation and designing of test automation frameworks and Proof of concepts for latest tools and techniquesResult oriented and always looking for improvements in our way of workingStrong drive and energy level with ability to create a high performing working cultureAbout the Team The existing team is spread across India and includes Testers with strong technical and analytical skills. We have a great skill set in Java, Selenium, Python, C#, HTML5, Web API, SQL and JavaScript, to name a few of the Tools and technologies.You would be part of large QA Group responsible for delivering world class products and innovative solutions in the field of IP.Hours of WorkThe role and employment will be of fulltime with Clarivate.
