Senior Solutions Analyst

We are looking for a talented Solution Analyst to join our Technology team at Clarivate.Looking for people having good understanding of software development methodologies, good analytical skills, basic knowledge of SQL, and willingness to work in a challenging international environment.About You (Skills & Experience Required)2 years of experience working as a business analyst or a similar roleProven experience in software development methodologies (SCRUM and AGILE methodologies are a plus)Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approachBasic knowledge of SQL.Willingness to work in a team in a challenging international environment.Ability to keep one eye on the big picture and the other on the details and to manage complex environments.Ability to interact with many kinds of people from different cultures.Knowledge in the Intellectual Property Field is not a mandatory requirement but will be used as a criteria for the Company’s decision.Fluency in both written and spoken English. German will also be considered as an asset for the company’s decision.It would be great if you also have: Ability to think through a problem at a conceptual level and propose solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Keen desire to learn, stretch, and a never-give-up attitude.Very strong interpersonal skills and an easygoing personality.Highly proactive, result-oriented, and a team player.             What will you be doing in this role? You will work closely with the various department of the company and the Product Team collecting and analyzing feedback from the users and communicating them to the Dev team. To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical skills and ability to understand and anticipate business needs to deliver continuous improvement in client-related and back-office operationsSome highlights of this role:Working closely with the various department of the company and the Product Team collecting and analyzing feedback from the users and communicating them to the Dev teamsExploring and becoming an expert in the self-developed IT tools of the group being able to organize training sessions for the users of the systemsPerforming Business Acceptance tests of new product features together with documenting test details.Coordinating and participating in Operational Projects to improve company performance.
