Implementation Consultant

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our team.  You will play a key role in the delivery and support of Innovative’s Resource Sharing products for libraries, including INN-Reach, SkyRiver, and more.  You will work within the Professional Services team, that provides revenue producing services to new and existing customers.  This position is a multi-functional role, where you are responsible for customer consultation and requirements analysis, system configuration, data analysis, project coordination, and support for remediation of post-implementation issues and change requests in support of our public, academic, and special library customers.  If this sounds like an opportunity you are interested in, then we would love to talk to you!About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsMaster’s degree in library science, or equivalent industry experience2 + years of experience working in the library or information technology industriesIt would be great if you also had...Demonstrated ability to manage several complex tasks at onceExperience working with clientsData analysis and technical skills required to successfully configure Resource Sharing systems for librariesWhat will you be doing in this role?Works with other members of the Resource Sharing Team to provide service and support to Innovative’s INN-Reach and SkyRiver customersAssists in the configuration of library systems for participation in various Innovative Resource Sharing systems.Assists in the analysis of data from third-party library systems and profiles to facilitate the participation of libraries using non-Innovative ILS platforms in Innovative Resource Sharing systemsConfigures Resource Sharing systems to support Innovative and non-Innovative member library systemsAnalysis and remediation of pre- and post-live customer change requests, to maintain optimal configuration and operation of Resource Sharing systemsInvestigation and remediation of technical and application support issues reported by both live resource sharing systems and in-flight resource sharing implementationsDepending upon projects assigned, provides basic project management, to include project schedule creation, coordination with customers and internal team members, etcServes as the primary point of contact with the customer, when neededManages tasks and projects to completion, balancing client and company objectivesOther duties as required.Hours of WorkFull time, permanentAlthough duties are typically performed during normal business hours, occasional off-hours may be requiredClarivate is an Equal Opportunity Employer Vets/Minorities/Women/Disabled
