Senior Project ManagerWe are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team to implement the Unycom solution at our clients.As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Unycom On-boarding/Implementation team. The Unycom solution is an Intellectual Property Management Solution for global companies. Our clients use our solution to manage their inventions, patents, designs, trademarks, contracts, etc.. The Unycom solution serves as communication and collaboration platform between internal and external users and to manage all internal processes.As a Project Manager you have the full responsibility of customer projects, including the entire project lifecycle from project start to project closure. You lead the internal project team, coordinate deliverables from project resources from other departments, coordinate work packages and activities with the customer project team and report the overall project status internally and externally. For this reason, you and the project team are in close contact with the customer. In general, our customer projects are managed remotely, but in exceptional cases workshops are performed on-site.The Unycom On-Boarding team works closely with the sales team. For this reason, you will support project scoping and SOW creation during the sales phase.About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And AccomplishmentsHigh school diploma or university degreeExcellent command of English and German (spoken and written)Social & communicational competenceYou are strong in presentation and moderation, distinguish yourself by high customer orientation, your convincing appearance, and a distinct consulting competenceExperience in managing customer projectsProject management education available and project management certification beneficial (e.g. IPMA level C)Experience in software implementation projectsMinimum 3-5 years work experience as project managerA proactive and organized way of workingIt would be great if you also hadStrong analytical skills and abstract thinkingTechnical affinitiesInterest in the field of Intellectual Property (Inventions, Patents, Designs, Trademarks etc.)About The TeamThe team is located in Graz (Austria) and Munich (Germany) and consists of Project managers, Implementation Consultants with IP (Intellectual Property) background, Implementation Consultants with technical background and Data Migration Experts.
