We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our global team. This exciting role provides a challenging and interesting opportunity to work on innovative products that serve both external and internal customers. We would love to speak with you if you have direct DevOps experience and enjoy working with tools such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Datadog, and databases Oracle, MongoDB, and MySQL.  About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments…At least 5 years of professional software development experienceAt least 3 years as DevOps Engineer or similar skillsets with experience on various CI/CD and configuration management tools e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Maven, Gradle, Spinnaker, Gitlab, Ansible, Cloud Formation, Terraform, or similar CI/CD orchestrator tool(s).At least 3 years of AWS experience managing some of the following services including but not limited to: EC2, RDS, ECS, Containers, IAM, S3, Route53, VPC, EKS, SNS, SQS, Lambda.At least 3 years of experience developing Pipelines on a build server (Jenkins/Azure DevOps/etc.).At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.At least 3 years of experience with at least one programming language and to provide automation solutions using Bash Shell, PowerShell, Python and JSON.Must have knowledge on full-stack monitoring capabilities, security testing, detection, and compliance tools.It would be great if you also had . . .Ability to support database servers like DynamoDB, Oracle, MySQL, Postgres in cloud.Datadog experienceExperience with writing complex scripts/services that pull and manipulate data from heterogeneous data sources, REST APIs, databases, flat files, etc.Knowledge in operating system administration, programming languages, cloud platform deployment, and networking protocols.A Kubernetes or AWS Certification.What will you be doing in this role?Drive integration and delivery of technical solutions aligned with product roadmaps, customer needs, and strategic priorities.Design, develop and implement the product infrastructure architecture, including microservices leveraging Terraform automated scripts for build/deploy of Infrastructure-as-code.Drive the implementation of service improvements, automation, monitoring, and DevOps best practices throughout the product lifecycle.Provide 24x7 on-call support on rotational basis for all assigned products.Own the performance, availability, reliability, security, and scalability of the product(s) running across cloud, global multi-region, infrastructure.Products you will be developing…The focus of this role will be related to the various products of the Clarivate Intellectual Property line of business.  The key skills critical to this role include Jenkins, Azure DevOps, AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Ansible, and other AWS services.About the Team…The current team of ten members, including the manager, work closely with development and QA teams, for delivery of new features to existing systems, implementing operational efficiencies to hosted infrastructure, and deployment of new systems.Hours of Work:Full time, permanentHybrid working modelMust be within a commutable distance to our Alexandria, VA or Philadelphia, PA or Ann Arbor, MI office locationsClarivate is an Equal Opportunity Employer Vets/Minorities/Women/Disabled
