As a Healthcare Research and Data Analyst, you would need to conduct research using best-in-class data aggregating tools such as Brandwatch, Similarweb and Unmetric along with desk-based research to collate and analyze social, website and app data to help build a robust understanding of the user, competitors and the overall category to help our clients build impactful digital strategies. You will also be expected to support several internal initiatives such as product development and improvement, process improvement ideas and team building activities.What you will need:B. Pharm / BBA (Marketing preferred)At least 1-2 years in digital media or market research roleStrong analytical and logical reasoning skillsBeing comfortable in handling unstructured dataFamiliar with MS Office including MS Word, Power Point, and Excel.Would be great if you also have:Familiar with platforms like Brandwatch, Similarweb and UnmetricSolid understanding of basics of digital mediaSocial listening experienceExperience with survey-based report makingExperience with client handlingAbout the Team The Engage team is responsible for delivering quality omnichannel insights to our clients.
