The team consists of 6 individuals and is reporting to the IT Support Services Manager.We have a great skill set in Windows and Mac environment as well as Cloud technologies and we would love to speak with you.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments At least 2-5 years of working experience working with Windows 10 and 11 workstations including experience with Windows Server 2003/2008 and Exchange 2007.Knowledge of Microsoft and other Enterprise management tools such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, DNS, GPO and TCP/IP, Intune JAMF, MDM technologies, etc.Education (bachelor’s degree in computer science, mechanical engineering, or related degree or at least 4 years of equivalent relevant experience).Physical Demands and Work Environment: Representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to operate a PC and sit for extended periods of time. Able to lift and move 20 lbs. Able to crawl under desks and tables to connect lines and cables.
