As a Manager of Epidemiology, you are responsible for both supervising, coaching, and conducting analytical research to support the needs of customers including performing fully documented systematic reviews and reports of both published and grey literature on the epidemiology of assigned diseases and their risk factors to estimate incidence/prevalence over a 10–20-year period.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  Master’s degree in Epidemiology or Public Health (at least 6 years of experience working in Epidemiology or Public Health field post Master’s degree)Systematic literature review experienceExperience with incidence and prevalence estimations and analysesSAS, STATA, or SPSS analysis skillA strong methodological background in epidemiologyFamiliar with MS Office including MS Word, Power Point, and Excel.Experience coaching and supervising epidemiologists or data analystsStrong scientific writing skills (e.g., writing reports or research papers)Experience and comfort working in a fast-paced environmentIt would be great if you also have . . . PhD in related field (e.g., Epidemiology, Public Health, Biostatistics)Significant forecasting experience and experience working with epidemiological data in an industry environment, across a range of therapeutic areas is requiredClaims data analysis experience in SQL and/or PythonOncology experienceReal world data (RWD) experienceWhat will you be doing in this role? Conduct research and analyses using online grey literature datasets such as NHANES, HCUP, literature, cancer registries, government survey data, and other resources to summarize current information on prevalence, and to forecast numbers for a variety of diseases; and suggest use of proxy data sources or develop imputation or extrapolation models when country-specific sources are not available.
