We are looking for a Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager to join our team in the United States. The Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager will plan, direct and control the SOC functions and operations. You will ensure the monitoring and analysis of events to protect People, Technology and Process addressing all security incidents and ensuring timely escalation. Your direct team will consist of 3 cybersecurity analysts. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsAt least 5+ years of experience in the security spaceAt least 3 years of experience managing a SOC environment, preferably in a cloud-based product development organizationProven ability to manage team members in disparate time zones and working hoursBachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field. Experience and proven track record may replace education requirements. It would be great if you also had . . . Masters degree in computer science or equivalent field Strong knowledge of security principles and technologies in application, infrastructure, network, cloud, and endpoint security CISSP or SANS GIAC certificationWhat will you be doing in this role?
