Razer is also a great place to work, providing you the unique, gamer-centric #LifeAtRazer experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.Job Responsibilities :Establish, enhance, implement and maintain Enterprise Risk Management framework, tools, methodologies and processes to analyze and report enterprise risks.Facilitate and support business units in their management of Enterprise Risk and Operational Risk at company level that could affect the achievement of the business objectives. Provide advisory in the design and governance of Enterprise Risk Management and Operational Risk Management to various internal stakeholders.Conduct periodic review on risk assessment conducted by business units to identify key risk for presentation to Senior Management and Board of DirectorsAssist the Head of Risk Management to develop and implement Key Risk Indicators to provide an early signal of increasing risk exposures in various areas to the Senior Management and the Board of DirectorsPrepare periodic reports on enterprise risk exposures as and when required by the regulators, Senior Management and Board of DirectorsBuild up a risk management culture and awareness within the company.Pre-Requisites :Bachelor's degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or Economics. Professional certification is an added advantage.At least 3 years of experience in Enterprise Risk or Operational Risk, preferably from Banking and Finance or Fintech industry.  (At least 8 years of experience for Manager)Related experience in payments or merchant acquiring is an added advantage.Good understanding and knowledge of ERM, ORM, RCSA, KRI and BCM methodologies.Good communication and presentation skills.Strong analytical and report writing skills.Able to multi-task and deliver on tight deadlines.Knowledge/experience with various countries' regulatory requirements will be an advantage.IndependentExcellent analytical skillsProblem solving attitudeTeam playerFor lead roles, experience in people management, ability to lead and influence people is expected.Are you game?
