Razer is also a great place to work, providing you the unique, gamer-centric #LifeAtRazer experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.Job Responsibilities :Strategic Planning: Develop and execute short-term and long-term strategic plans to ensure infrastructure capacity meets current and future needsTeam Leadership: Lead a team responsible for maintenance, design, development, and analysis of entire infrastructure systems, including LANs, WANs, internet, security, and wireless implementationsResearch and Recommendations: Conduct research and recommend changes in services, products, protocols, and standards to support infrastructure development efforts and procurementBest Practices: Provide guidance and leadership in applying best practices for infrastructure management to optimize operations and performanceIT Disaster Recovery: Define and manage the IT Disaster Recovery Strategy for the organization, ensuring the team is prepared to recover critical infrastructure systems in the event of a disruptionSoftware and Hardware Standards: Define and establish software and hardware standards in collaboration with stakeholders and owners, promoting consistency and compatibility across the infrastructure and the team's workReporting and Strategy: Report on server infrastructure and develop strategies to maintain and enhance the infrastructure's performance and reliability, leveraging the team's expertiseTeam Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and cohesive environment within the team, ensuring effective communication, knowledge sharing, and alignment with organizational goalsVendor and Contractor Management: Negotiate with outsourcers, vendors, and contractors to secure infrastructure-specific products and services while ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and effective collaboration with the teamSecurity and Compliance: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of robust security measures, conduct security assessments and audits, manage security systems, establish access controls and identity management, and ensure the team is trained on security best practices and compliance requirementsPre-Requisites :5-8 years of experience in managing Windows and Linux servers in virtualized environments (Nutanix and VMware)Strong experience in Linux administration (CentOS, RedHat)Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining services such as Apache, MySQL, and NGINXFamiliarity with load balancing, administering firewalls (FortiGate), etcKnowledge of Amazon AWS Administration (EC2, VPC, S3)Knowledge of Windows Server Administration (Windows Server 2016, 2019)Familiarity with Microsoft CASB, Sentinel, Defender, Cloud App Security, Azure Sentinel, and IntuneA team player with a positive attitudeAble to work independently with minimal supervision.Are you game?
