This includes designing, implementing, and monitoring effective social media content and content creators that align with Razer’s brand and vision. This role reports to the Marketing Director for Global Community and Influencers.Excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and being a team player is a must-have.Drive global social media strategy for Razer to grow its global fanbase exponentiallyBe the thought-leader in evolving Razer’s approach to social media and to identify relevant engagement and content opportunities, along with exploring emerging social media platforms and trendsConceptualizing, planning and executing Razer’s community campaigns and programs while working closely with content and influencer marketing counterparts across the globeAlign community activation efforts closely with the greater organization through regular engagement with Global Business Units and Regions on business priorities and requirementsBe a custodian of Razer’s social media persona and rules of engagementRegularly review social media performance and insights to keep the business and marketing organization up to date with market/industry trends and initiatives to ensure our initiatives are relevant and competitiveSupport in developing an ongoing content calendar and detailed social media in support of marketing goals and funnels across all social channels in collaboration with various teamsConceptualize and create engaging content across global Razer channels with the goal of channel growth and engagementIdentify and execute on unique opportunities for social engagement as they ariseClosely monitor & operate social media channels and consistently evaluate, what posts are successful to optimize content (and proofread mistakes)Pre-Requisites :6+ years of experience in social media, creative and brand marketing experience in comparable industriesGood interpersonal and communication skills, team player with a strong track record of delivering resultsExperience in the use of social media management and analytical/listening tools and editorial content calendaringAbility to manage a small team, delegate and review tasks, and set clear goals to improve workplace and department efficiencyStrong content strategy and analysis skillsA deep understanding of the gaming community and must be a gamerDetail-oriented, resourceful, and extremely curious and have an unstoppable passion about the gaming industryComfortable working with cross-functional teams from multiple countries and time zones.
