The GCCX Customer Success team has an opening for the role of Program and Project Manager, Customer Success Management for the AMER region. This role will report to the Senior Director. of AMER Customer Success Management. You will be responsible for helping develop and execute on the strategic vision of the team by administering and project managing AMER programs and projects specific to the role of the customer success manager. Including PM of proactive initiative work, success story production, operational process interface, and transformational change management as a result of role and process changes or integration activities. Working with other cross-functional leaders on operational and process role clarity. ResponsibilitiesPlanningDevelops project plan/task list using an appropriate planning tool, across a number of functional teams working with information and direction obtained from more experienced colleagues on tasks and activitiesStakeholder ManagementAwareness of key stakeholders across functional areas, and is able to map out stakeholder listsWith guidance able to identify the needs of stakeholders to keep them informedCommunicationsCommunicates with a broader group of stakeholders beyond the project teamPresentation skillsAbility to utilize tools for communication including video editing and story writing.Risk ManagementCaptures a list of project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies for their projectMay require support to manage risks effectivelyProject/Program DeliveryDevelops and delivers projects for their functional team, and may support on cross functional projectsResource Management (people, finances etc.)Produces schedules of activities based on people’s availability and able to identify problems which may require escalationCustomer Care (For employees working in Customer Care and Experience):Manages mid-level complexity customer deploymentsCreates and communicates with customers project plans for standard project milestonesManages activities of cross-functional groups to ensure commitments are metHandles mid-level escalations independently (manager-assisted otherwise)Resolves standard issues independently Qualifications5+ years’ experience preferredBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
