Global各国のマネージド・サービスチームがリードする会議への参加各国で統一したサービスやGlobalで展開可能な新サービスのlaunchに向けて、検討会が開催されており、その場に日本のSMEとして参加し、日本の意見を提示する。2.Japan マネージド・サービス内検討チームでのリードGlobal Initiative Sessionで必要となる日本社内MS Engineering、MS Operationsでの検討チームを構築し、検討内容、検討スケジュール、メンバーの役割分担等を策定し、チームリードとしての取りまとめを実施する。 3.Equinix Metalのサービス展開のリードEquinix Globalが展開しているベアメタルサービス Equinix Metalの日本でのマネージド・サービス展開のリードを担当する。共有ストレージとの連携サービスやネットワークサービスとの連携サービス等を検討し、建て付けを実施することで、日本のマネージド・サービスの機能拡張による付加価値向上に寄与する。4.新サービスの技術検討、サービス化検討、実施既存プライベートクラウドサービスを拡張し、新しいサービスメニュー、もしくはオプションサービスとして技術的、商業的に成り立つかを検討し、企画、立案、サービス化を実施する。サービス化を実施する際の、システム構築作業、運用設計作業も合わせて実施する。5.システム予算の策定、資産化年間を通して、サービス基盤を構成する各機器の交換が必要な資産、新サービスを企画する上で必要となる検証機材を予算化するために次年度の必要となる機材から必要となる金額の予算策定、当年度の計画的予算執行、監督について責任を持って実施する。- 対象サービス以下全てのマネージド・サービス群。1.Digital Infrastructure Services群（EQ Metal）2. マネージドクラウドVシリーズ及び周辺サービス3. Global Managed Servicesプロダクト全般職務要件資格＆経験<Must>10名程度のチームマネージメント経験5年以上VMWareを用いたシステムの基本的な理解（vSphere、ESXi、vCenter）VMWare、共有ストレージ等を用いたシステム構築でのProjectリード経験英語を使用してのビジネスミーティング、レポートやプレゼンテーション業務経験（TOEIC 800、TOEFL iBT 90程度）プロジェクトマネージメント経験3年程度PMBOKの理解日本語：ネイティブもしくは日本語能力試験（JLPT）N2以上<Nice to have>PMP CertificationAWS、Azureなどパブリッククラウドを用いた構築Projectのリード経験ITILを用いた運用経験、もしくは、ITILの理解            属性すべてにおいて自発的な行動のとれる方自部署のIssueを率先して迅速かつ正確に公開し、問題の掘り下げにより根本原因を究明し、対策案を立案、自らそれをリードできる方コミュニケーション能力の高い方必要な情報収集が独力で可能で、自ら情報発信ができる方自らの手でチームを作り上げる意欲のある方リーダーシップを発揮できる方
