We embrace diversity in thought and contribution and are committed to providing an equitable work environment. that is foundational to our core values as a company and is vital to our success.As a Credit and Collections Senior Analyst you will lead large, complex global and regional customer accounts from a collections perspective and work independently while still coordinating work with global peersResponsibilitiesOversee analysis of customer creditworthiness within established guidelines to make recommendations regarding extension of credit and credit amountsResponsible for customers’ open balances collections, reconciliations, unapplied payments & unapplied credit memos reconciliationManage pro-active collections activities to highlight customer balances due in the current period and implement procedures for customer communications to obtain assurances of payment within payment termsMonitors the accuracy of customer data in accounts receivable database to assist in collections activitiesImprove collections of customer accounts receivables and reduce outstanding aged accounts receivable balances by working in conjunction with Sales, Customer Service, Billing Team, and Legal etc.Provide timely recommendations to management for customer accounts receivable balances in disputeOversee maintenance of customer credit and collections documentation to support audit and legal requirementsComplete reporting for Supervisor as requiredAnalyze collections processes to recommend improvements.Support Supervisor with ad hoc tasks/ projectsParticipates in all new and existing systems acquisitions – testing Project ManagementLeads and participates in special projects as assigned by ManagementQualificationBachelor’s or equivalent professional qualification5+ years’ experience preferred in a customer-facing environmentDetailed oriented and contribute to process enhancementsExcellent collaboration skills with internal teams/external customersExperience in identifying and delivering process efficienciesFully Bilingual in English and Mandarin Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesCollaborative personality and ability to build strong personal relationshipsRequires a high level of analysis, judgment, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsWell organized, with attention to detail and a dedication to resolving issuesCalm and effective under pressure.
