They will prioritize and support the execution of the xScale roadmap. They will support scaled, technical projects through skilled program management of all activities associated with xScale. They will align and interlock with key stakeholders across the organization to drive alignment and collaboration of key strategic priorities. Furthermore, the role holder will define, implement, manage and enhance processes, systems and tools across xScale. ResponsibilitiesEnsure optimization of xScale instrumentation through end-to-end performance monitoring and metrics including methods and tools to help instrument the business resulting in faster and better business decisionsProvide predictive outcomes and invest or divest decisions through insightsDefines key global xScale operational systems, tools and process enhancements through initiation, business requirement definition, solution selection, functional design, development, testing, change management, go live, and post go live support.
