Works with Business Groups to define their global IT requirements and to analyze appropriate solutions. Manages projects from inception to completion with matrix, global teams.ResponsibilitiesPartners with the business to analyze, define and document business requirements, within and across functions Has a strong focus on capturing core requirements, beyond stated requirements and accurately places these within a broader contextResponsible to design and document cross-functional and global solutions, drawing on functional expertise of functional and technical team members or vendors, as appropriateReviews functional designs and obtains sign offs with the cross functional business and IT teamsProvides inputs into business processes based on design capabilitiesChampions balanced, forward-looking functional designsCoordinates integration testing, validates test cases with stakeholders for user acceptance testing and training, and obtains sign offsConfigures applications in line with business goals Leads troubleshooting efforts on critical issues with cross functional teams through resolutionInteracts regularly with senior management level stakeholders, and demonstrates value from realized projectsQualifications7+ years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst for Order to Cash processesBachelors in information systems, Business or related fieldFunctional knowledge managing requirements and implementing system solutions in areas of Order Management, Order Orchestration is requiredExperience interfacing with products, pricing, quoting, fulfillment, and billing business teams is required Experience with Telecom industry a plusAbility to document user stories and data flows is requiredAble to understand complex business processes and data from multiple business systems Ability to drive cross functional discussions across global business groups and IT independently Detail oriented and demonstrate ability to analyze complex problem statementsExperience working in Agile methodology Experience working with ServiceNow platform for minimum of 5 years Experience with ServiceNow CSM/ITSM applications, architecture, map business processes to OOB featuresKnowledge of ServiceNow OMT preferredCertification in CSM Implementation Specialist or similar preferred Expertise in CMDB modeling, configuration management and asset managementProficient with flow designer, agent workspace, service catalog, case routing and assignment, business rules driven solutionExperience working with Automated Test Framework (ATF) in ServiceNow platform or similar test automation preferredStrong knowledge of building custom application in ServiceNow platformKnowledge of ServiceNow implementation best practices and data driven approach to solving problemsEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
