Delivers and executes HR programs in country.ResponsibilitiesHR PartneringPartners with Country, local HR colleague, global HR services team and local leadership on delivery of HR services in countryProvides support for integrations as neededAssists in driving culture change in region, fully integrating the Magic of EquinixEmployee RelationsAssesses, diagnoses, and coaches managers and employees through complex ER issuesEmployee level execution for organizational changesHR ProgramsImplements HR programs for countryTranslates and executes the Global Career Framework model into local marketsExecutes GPS in local marketCoaches managers on HR process and programs, including interpretation of local requirementsHR Policy & ProcessBuilds and Maintains global policies and processes for the region or functionAssesses local regulatory / legal changes and determines policy creation or amendments to achieve complianceInternal HR PartnershipsBuilds high performing teams in the local marketBuilds and leverages relationships with other teams (such as talent management, talent acquisition, reward, HR advisory and HRSS)QualificationsProven years of experience preferredEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
