This leader will focus on aligning market and segment opportunity insights and product viability assessments to build motion execution and resource plans.  This executive will have GTM expertise, understanding the holistic customer lifecycle, including experience in customer success, marketing and/or sales/ revenue operations​​.ResponsibilitiesRoute-to-Market Strategy & PlanningTranslate tiering, market and segment opportunity insights from Data and Insights team into building respective new motion plans​Assess product viability, financial, market opportunity, sales potential​Build revenue booking plans by product mix, by sales motion for full service, channel and PLG opportunities​Develop route to market strategy for new motions to understand how to efficiently target customers and unlock value, balancing near and long-term strategic drivers​Define motion strategy activation approach and mobilization summary and execution plans (who, when, where)Provide geographic, territory and patch analysis and optimization opportunitiesDefine roles and responsibilities, engagement model and resource/support model, required to support for new motionCross Functional Alignment & CommunicationActs as POC for GTM to mobilize CRO and BU team members to adoption new motion activation plans​Partner closely with enterprise key CRO and BU business partners to understand overall GTM strategy opportunitiesFacilitates communication and alignment to execute new market execution planPartners with CRO, Global Strategy and BU business partners to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve GTM strategy and planning executionStrategy & Business AcumenIdentify upstream & downstream GTM, business, and customer impact as early as possible and gain buy-in from relevant stakeholders throughout the process to maximize GTM execution​Seeks and takes council from business partners and subject matter experts to analyze complex problems, assess options and develop recommended actionProvide guidance and support to team members on financial and business-related matters to foster a culture of business acumen​Demonstrates progress against business plans, articulating benefit realization and identifying future opportunitiesKnowledge and Experience soughtSubstantial experience in customer success, marketing or sales/ revenue operationsExperience establishing and scaling product service motions for new to market digital products​Experience with technology automation as a key lever to bring down cost of service.Proven expertise in understanding full-service and self-service personas and driving selling motions​​Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex programs and initiatives end-to-end, including thinking of the change management and stakeholder engagement​​Proven ability to engage, influence and drive successful outcomes through effective collaboration and partnership with key stakeholders and their teams​QualificationsBachelor degree required or equivalent​​Ability to flourish in an extremely fast paced, high growth environment and build/ manage/ develop a teamExcellent communication, negotiation, conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills​​.Creative, high energy, self-starter comfortable running programs independently and interfacing with multiple levels and functionsPassionate about driving exceptional customer experience in service to key stakeholdersAdept at balancing short term and long-term objectivesEffective decision making with limited information or direction; comfortable with risk and uncertainty; self-directed and proactiveDemonstrates our critical competences of transformation leadershipThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $160,000 to $273,000California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $153,000 to $261,000Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $139,000 to $237,000Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process.The targeted pay range displayed reflects On-Target Earnings or OTE, which is base pay plus commissions, and does not include equity or benefits.
