This is a remote position that could be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.Calix is seeking a Supply Planner to manage supply availability. As the Planner, you will communicate material requirements to Calix’s -supplier partners. You will drive prioritization, the supply response and supply availability communications at Calix. You will report KPIs and continuously improve our systems and processes for efficiencies. We are looking for a candidate who has a systematic approach to problem solving and is flexible and agile when driving to resolution.Responsibilities and Duties:Lead the S&OP cycle for assigned products in close coordination with Demand Planning and Product Line Leadership for the assigned products.Manage how demand forecasts impacts the supply chain with S&OP team and manufacturing partners for the assigned products.Manage Oracle’s supply plan to ensure the material requirements plan correctly supports the supply plan for the assigned products.Manage material requirements to Calix’s manufacturing partners using Oracle’s Collaborative Planner and manage changes with them for the assigned products.Communicate out of cycle increases and Calix’s supplier partner’s supply response.Manage Calix’s supplier partner’s supply commitments and priorities for the assigned products.Lead the shortage mitigation process across the supply chain functions based on supplier’s Material Clear to Build, capacity utilization plans, and qualification schedules.Manage Communication of supply availability, lead times, and material liability inside Calix.Lead attainment of key Global Supply Chain KPIs such as on-time delivery, schedule risks, customer impact, etc.Lead process improvements and tool development in support of delivery.Actively participate in Design, Proof-of-Concept and User Acceptance Testing for Oracle Cloud.Qualifications:Mandarin is strongly preferred.12+ years of practical experience in a supply and/or demand planning role.Knowledge of high volume/low cost and low volume/high-cost planning methods.Highly proficient in Excel, database, Oracle ERP.Able to get to the root cause and resolve complex planning topics.Passionate about automating or outsourcing tactical, transactional work.Excellent written and oral communication skills tailored for all audiences.Team player, agile, and results oriented, with a bias for action.Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or supply chain. Master’s preferred.APICs and Lead Six Sigma certification preferred.Location:Remote-based position located in the United States or Canada#LI-Remote
