Successful applicant will be responsible for reconciliation accounts, booking documents and reporting part of the department.Reporting to the Finance Manager and regional Controlling Department, you will provide key support to the business, applying relevant accounting techniques and standards to identify and resolve issues.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGProcessing transactions, verifying information, escalating problem itemsReconciliation of accounts, preparing bank transfersEnsuring daily output maintains department/team standards for quality and timelinessEnsuring deadlines and/or requirements are being metManaging daily sales reportingFollowing up on open inquiriesInteracting with other departments on resolution of issuesContributing to Management Reporting (ie: dues, cash reports, Forecasts, budgets, R and A analysis)Understanding of the big picture of how specific function impacts the firmGaining efficiencies to improve productivityManaging multiple tasks and/or projects efficientlyTaking part in a month end reporting processBusiness travelWHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel skills (functions, pivot table)Good knowledge of spoken and written English – a mustUnderstanding General Ledger, financial accounting, reporting, controlling, internal control or investmentOutstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work with numbersPractical knowledge of Symfonia system (strong advantage)YOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS)Teamwork – work with Ticketmaster team to ensure cohesive and inclusive collaborationCommunication – must be clear in your communication, both internally and to ClientsOpen – you should be open to new duties in a work organizationLIFE AT TICKETMASTERWe are proud to be a part of Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s largest live entertainment company.Our vision at Ticketmaster is to connect people around the world to the live events they love.
