This person will own the Product Strategy, Roadmap and Recommendations for new growth opportunities for ServiceTitan in how we service new trades within new markets.   They will be accountable for product development and launch, flawless execution of the go-to-market strategies, and customer success as measured by realized business outcomes. The person will possess a 10x mindset, proactive leadership, fluency in sales-leadership practice, and a successful track record in scaling and growing a business line and a Product team.  What You'll Do:Find and develop Product-Market Fit for the next Trades!!! Leads the product development team to deliver business outcomes for our customers by providing high product-market fit solutions to new Sub Markets within the Trades.  Develop solutions that land new customers, expand to great product market fit and then command the market by establishing a high NPS and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) score… leveraging the existing ServiceTitan Platform.Develop the product vision and roadmap, building defensive moats with highly differentiated solutions, and seek market disruption opportunities.Aligns cross-functional teams of product, marketing, and sales to develop the TAM/SAM/SOM reach of their business line including expansion through ServiceTitan’s subsidiaries, associations, and building a network of partners to cross-sell and upsell opportunities.Ensures the development of a robust, motivated and highly productive Product Management team.Proactively manages all costs of selling and seeks continuous improvements on sales efficiency and effectiveness into these new marketsHave your finger on the pulse on the competitive landscape, market disruptions, emerging ankle-biters, leveraging outbound marketing to prepare competition battle cards.Proactively manages all costs to serve metrics and seeks continuous improvements to implement and support the customer efficiently.Must possess and develop deep customer empathy across the team through customer visits and engagement in Product Advisory Groups.Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) to your team and the rest of the organization on your product’s strategy and roadmap.Engage at the client level with strong communication and presentation skills, whether to manage a customer escalation or help with a prospective client opportunity. What You Are:Strong customer empathy and experience shaping product direction and sales execution based on customer needs7+ years of experience in a Senior Level Product Management role, building and leading high performing and diverse teams.10+ years of relevant work experience in a product management role, ideally focused on SMB or consumer oriented software solutions. Strong analytical abilities and prior experience with building business cases, inclusive of build/buy/partner analysisPrior experience with partner identification, negotiation, and relationship management4-year degree from a top university, MBA or related graduate degree a plusPrior experience in taking a digital product from concept to successful launchDeep knowledge of the Product Management discipline and experience in building and maturing Product teamsProven track record and experience leading large sales and technical sales organizations, selling and delivering complex solutionsExcellent communication, writing, and presenting skillsBe Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $213,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
