Ready to be a Titan?The Contractor Advisory Service team is looking for an Associate Solutions Architect to join this specialized group in providing proactive consulting services and reactive escalation resolution to our clients. The Associate Solutions Architect will accompany our customers at various points in their ServiceTitan journey, in tandem with collaboration across our business including teams such as: internal Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success, to deliver extraordinary outcomes.We are seeking someone who delivers exceptional customer service and communication, has the ability to solve complex client cases with minimal supervision, and meets resolution with a sense of urgency. About the Contractor Advisory Service Team:The Advisory Service team can be tasked with projects ranging from escalations, customer-requested consultations, and industry specific assignments throughout the entire customer journey. We can assist in sales product market fit, building onboarding plans for advanced feature sets, or assisting the CS team with customer utilization and ROI. We will split our time between paid customer agreements and internal assistance and escalations. We will have a direct line to the product team to provide root cause analysis and expand upon product market fit. This highly-trained team is deployed to meet the time sensitive needs of our largest and most complex Corporate clients and must be positioned to pivot as special assignments arise. The Contractor Advisory Service team will temporarily partner with internal departments to address, solve for, and enact change on immediate business needs, thus reaching resolution and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.What You’ll Do:Case Management - Work closely with, but not limited to, small-to-medium Corporate clients to resolve issues which may include conducting account audits, optimization, product adoption implementation, and operational consulting. Process Improvement - Conduct root cause analysis, partner with various departments to innovative solutions or streamline processes at scale, create and maintain training materials, guides, industry white-papers, as new features and functionality become availableWhat You’ll Need:4 year degree or comparable experience out of the TradesA deep understanding of our customer’s operational needs, considering all aspects of the business to best service themRelevant industry software experience; direct use of ServiceTitan software is highly preferredAdvanced Excel skills requiredAdditional experience of Asana, SQL, Salesforce, QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop), Intacct, and GSuite is a plusExceptional written and verbal communicationAbility to take ownership and act as a high performing individual contributor Ability to travel domestically up to 20% of the year Be Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $64,000 - $92,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
