Successful candidates will need the ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment remaining focused on treasury accounting, reporting, compliance and operational issues within strict timelines.Comfortable with Treasury and Banking relationships and be timely and deadline oriented with respect to confirmation of Investment and Foreign Exchange TradesSupport Fixed income securities investment settlements within the scheduled cutoff times working with counterparts, custodian and a third-party application providerPartner with Corporate Finance and Buyback desks, co-ordinate with Stock Admin team and ensure reconciliations of cash settlement reports and SAPPerform month end close activities including preparation of quarterly treasury financial reporting schedules, and resolve issues effectively on a tight timelineSupport quarterly audits of bank portals and treasury workstation usersManage SOX/ Internal control requirements including being a gatekeeper for all communication across different teamsEnsure necessary agreements and documents are in place with our partners to ensure smooth operations, i.e. KYC, signature authorizationsSupport special projects, including Treasury Workstation enhancement, and any process flow changes/ accounting configuration change for treasury initiativesJob RequirementsRequires bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 2+ years’ experience in areas related to treasury Accounting and Operations.Ability to excel in a fast paced, highly analytical environment where multi-tasking and short timelines are met with consistent ability to achieve financial accuracyAbility to collaborate across teamsStrong communication skills and comfortable working across functions and levelsAbility to work independentlyPrevious hands-on experience with SAP, BW, Quantum, is highly desirableAbility to be in Austin Office 2 days a weekBenefits are an essential part of your total compensation for the work you do every day.
