The work you do will positively impact the lives of millions of buyers and sellers and thousands of teammates around the globe.Key Responsibilities:Accountable for identifying options for continual improvements across the end to end planning cycleWorking on the wider Transformation program and facing off into the program on behalf of the Planning functionWork with the wider planning team to assess and implement changes we seeTo be able to demonstrate tangible business and people benefit from the changes and improvements we makeTo lead on projects and programs into and out of the team aimed at building a stronger and more connected planning function at eBayTo have one eye on the people and cultural impacts and opportunitiesTo be future facing on emerging tech and thinking in the planning professional worldQualifications / Requirements:This is a Hybrid Role requiring the employee to be onsite at our Salt Lake City, Utah office multiple days per week3+ years of experience across the Workforce Planning Cycle supporting a call center environmentStrong business acumenThe ability to relate planning processes and objectives to broader business issues and vice versaGood change management knowledge and ability to applyBe creative and curious, always challenging the way we do things with a view to simplifying and improving every dayA natural collaborator who as well as being able to drive idea generation can put these ideas into the business and teams we serveExcellent communication and engagement skillsAbility to influence peers, 3rd party partners and senior leadersBenefits are a crucial part of your total compensation for the work you do every day.
