The product manager will work closely with our agile engineering teams to define scalable, reusable solutions, prioritize backlogs and drive outcomes while working closely with business stakeholders to achieve their strategic objectives.The Customer Marketing Experiences team is responsible for delivering transactional and marketing messaging at scale across multiple channels, including email, push and onsite. Solutions are built upon our Unified Experience Platform and reliably delivers billions of messages to eBay buyers and sellers.Responsibilities:Develop, maintain and execute the Customer Marketing Experiences roadmapWork with stakeholders within Marketing and the wider eBay ecosystem to set priorities and define required capabilitiesParticipate in agile software development in collaboration with Engineering and Program Management teamsCreate a long-term vision for Customer Marketing Experiences that supports business goals and leverages automation and repeatability of solutionsIdentify new product opportunities and improve existing productsAnalyze product metrics and use data to inform product decisions and strategyCommunicate plans and progress to leadership and partner teamsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field7+ years in a product management role with at least 3 years in an agile environmentTrack record of successful delivery of enterprise applicationsExperience coordinating with data science teams to integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into productsDomain expertise in AdTech and MarTechExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsBenefits are an essential part of your total compensation for the work you do every day. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
