You will identify, onboard and scale seller accounts demonstrating ad solutions to meet their goals. You will partner cross-functionally with the platform Merchandising and Category management teams and become an expert within your category to drive both revenue and sales on platform.Responsibilities:Drive adoption of ad solutions across targeted book of business.Create advertising go-to-market strategies for assigned categories.Understand the economics of assigned categories : seller goals, margin, seasonality, etc.Help develop seller success playbooks to leverage advertising solutions and improve seller performance.Partner with the merchandising team to understand category goals, product roadmap, promotional schedule and seller targets.Provide recommendations to product and engineering on necessary category-specific ad enhancements.Monitor overall category performance & advertising adoption.Requirements:Native or fluent in German and EnglishExperience in ecommerce, performance marketing, digital advertisingExceptional consultative sales, coaching, and client service skillsAbility to manage a high volume of accountsEffective communicator and ability to work independently and as a leader of peers in a collaborative, creative, ever-changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment.Business acumen and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical attitude and comfortable with dataTeam player attitude with interpersonal skillsResult oriented and customer obsessedSelf-start, Drive, autonomyOutstanding organization, rigor and attention to detailsInnovative, solution-oriented mindsetAbility to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment, and to deal with ambiguityThe position is based in Berlin (Dreilinden) with 1-2 day remote work days possible.Benefits are an essential part of your total compensation for the work you do every day.
