Your main responsibility will be to successfully deploy our CRM solutions to our global business operations team. Working closely with various partners, both within the business and the CRM team, you will ensure that the project stays on track and within scope. If you are seeking a unique opportunity to advance your career, we would love to connect with you.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the authority for our Salesforce CRM implementation, providing technical guidance and leadership throughout the product lifecycle.Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure CRM solutions that meet business needs, considering factors such as performance, maintainability, and usability.Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools, ensuring compatibility and integration with existing systems.Develop and maintain the architectural standards, best practices, and governance framework for our CRM implementation.Provide guidance and technical expertise to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical reviews, design, coding, testing, and deployment.Proactively perform system analysis, design reviews, and performance optimization to deliver robust and efficient solutions.Identify areas within the system design that can be improved and implement enhancements to optimize system performance and user experience.Stay updated with the latest updates, features, and industry trends in Salesforce and other CRM solutions to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, product owners, administrators, and developers, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with overall business objectives.Required Competencies & Qualifications:Extensive experience in Salesforce or similar CRM implementations, configuration, and customization, with a focus on complex enterprise-level projects.Demonstrable experience as a Technical Architect, demonstrating the ability to design and deliver complex CRM solutions.Understanding of Salesforce development technologies, such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.Experience with data migration and integration using Salesforce Data Loader, APIs, and middleware tools.Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web services (REST, SOAP).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), are highly desirable.Benefits are an essential part of your total compensation for the work you do every day.
