You must have strong customer-first business and marketing & planning skill, operational proficiency as well as exceptional people and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively to deliver results in service of our customers.Responsibilities include...Ownership of the customer first marketing planUse customer insight to build a rolling Customer Plan which speaks to what is happening in the lives of our customers and where we can show up for themBuild key themes in the Customer Plan and identify ways for these to be supported by marketing, trading, C2C and Retail Standards team to make the story simpler for our customersPartner with the Customer Growth and BU leadership to build out these annual and quarterly plans, representing in senior forums and articulating the most critical priorities and corresponding channel support/investmentLead collaboration with channel owners to operationalize the Customer Plan so it is supported across all relevant channelsWork closely with channel owners and trading to ensure we continually adjust and flexMonitor the customer, cultural and retail landscape to find opportunities and risks and drive action to deliver results action & results in retail marketingReview and assess proposed additions to the plan, weighing up customer, business and team prioritiesWork across marketing and cross-functional teams to develop solutions to the organisation’s strategic challenges and initiativesManage expectations across the business and share updates in senior forums, bringing the right people into conversations at the right timePartner with global and regional marketing teams to understand their workstreams, find opportunities and findings to incorporate into our workPartner with the COO and other marketing leaders to set, manage and complete the marketing vision and deliver the marketing plans to support brand and business growthPrepare and coordinate marketing input for operational, strategic and leadership meetingsProgramme Management of cross functional initiatives (e.g Peak, Annual Planning)Partner with the COO to set a full suite of critical metrics and ensure teams are accountable for theseCreate and share project plans, timelines, roles and responsibilities.
