Blue Yonder Title:Legal Systems Specialist - MexicoOther Comparable Titles:Legal SpecialistOverview:The duties of the Legal Systems Specialist will be to provide administrative support to Blue Yonder's legal professionals, process legal contracts, process and track incoming invoices to legal, provide month-end and quarterly reporting from legal to finance, and special projects as assigned by team members.What you’ll do:Processing contracts, including contract intake, coordinating signatures, internal and external distribution of executed contracts.Maintain contract files.Track legal matters, review and process invoices to the legal department from outside firms, and enforce legal firm billing guidelines. Prior experience with the Serengeti billing and matters management a plus.Be proactive in communicating with outside council and law firms for required information and ensure dissemination of compliance with billing guidelines.Prepare month end and quarterly reporting to the executive and finance teams.Perform other duties and special projects, as requested by team members.What we are looking for:Knowledgeable in all areas of contract execution and able to work with the administrative branches in all regions around the world.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with all levels of the organization.Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) skills required.Self-starter, motivated, takes direction and is able to complete tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy and minimal supervision.·Knowledge of basic accounting and billing processes.Maintain a professional image and demeanor.Excellent attention to detail and ensure quality results when proofing documents so they are error-free and returned to internal and external customers within the timeframe requested.
