The incumbent should be passionate about working with new technologies, products and demonstrate ability to learn quickly, have good interpersonal & communication skills – verbal & written.Desired skills and experience:Knowledge on OS -Windows, Unix, DB – RDBMS Concepts, Oracle, MS SQL Server, SQL/ PL SQL, SnowflakeImplementation experience using SCPO PlatformNext Gen Skills - Data Science, Agile, Azure, Python, AI/MLOther – Power BI, Customer Management, problem solving skillsProfessional Attributes: Excellent communication, Inter-personal, Analytical and Problem-solving skillsExcellent organization and project documentation skillsMeticulous planning with attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsDomain knowledge: Understanding of Supply Chain Planning and how it integrates with other systems. Any industry specific experience is a big plus.What you’ll do:Lead a team of technical consultants / developers on Solution implementation, enhancement, managed services, integration, custom projects either at the customer site or offshoreEstimate the workload of implementation activities that are within the scope of their skills; assess business needs that fall outside the standard solution, assess integration complexity, architectureConduct technical analysis sessions with customers and/or the project team to understand the functional and technical needs of the customer and develop technical solutions to meet those needsDesign and develop platform workflow/ user interface, integration scripts, Data mapping, data modeling and loading of dataProvide a variety of technical support to the project team; including quality assurance/design review, environment setup, software installation, configuration, operations consulting, troubleshooting, system testing, programming, etc.Handle activities with a diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factorsProvide internal and external trainingsImplementation and steady state support, and contribute on internal development projectsAccelerate Time-to-Value for customer by iteratively delivering in short cycles.Continuously upskill on BYs product suite to convey relationships and touchpoints to the customerReady to travel to customer site based on business needs, and flexible to work with overlapping time zones and work timingsRecognize and highlight incremental revenue opportunities within existing customer projectsCreate artifacts towards reusability and automation decreasing implementation lifecycle and reducing errors post go-liveWhat we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science Preferred) and 8 to 14 years of experience in Software industry; ideally a candidate that has started as a Consultant and has worked his/her way to leading the technical team on 4-6 complete implementation cycles.Strong programming experience and problem-solving skillsTechnical Background, Supply Chain Planning Industry ExperienceExpertise on performance tuning techniques and ability to assists other team members with benchmarking and sizing exercisesPossess technical expertise on PL/SQL, database, ETL, Platform, Perl scripting, CognosDemonstrable experience leading, building, deploying and maintenance of enterprise solutions (cloud or on-premise)Demonstrable experience with Blue Yonder SCPO Platform.Hands-on development skills; should not have moved away from development activitiesPassionate about working with new technologies, products and demonstrate ability to learn quickly, have good interpersonal & communication skills – verbal & writtenOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
