Overview:The Marketing Manager will be at the forefront of driving growth in the LATAM region by fostering a connected sales and marketing experience. This role will bring teams together and create high levels of collaboration and partnership across various stakeholders; including industry, product marketing, business development and sales teams to align on the end-to-end components of integrated demand generation programs and ensure execution across multiple channels aligns to the overarching global industry marketing strategies. This role requires data-driven marketing expertise, with a passion to serve and accelerate sales. Candidates should have a history of driving change and innovation, with the ability to not only identify areas of improvement but have a proven track record of creating execution plans that drive business impact.Scope:Working cross-functionally with the marketing, sales, business development, industry strategy, product marketing, and product management, you will develop, implement, and track compelling go-to-market plans, messaging/content, marketing strategy, and campaigns that will drive pipeline, revenue, and new business for Latin America.The role scope is for LATAM with a focus across Retail and Manufacturing industries.What you will do:Develop and execute end-to-end campaigns by collaborating with sales, product marketing, creative marketing, and other stakeholders across various channels, including account-based marketing, email marketing, webinars, industry and Blue Yonder hosted events, digital advertising, direct mail and/or social media marketing to achieve lead generation and sales goals.Collaborate with the global industry, product, strategy, and marketing teams to ensure consistency & accuracy in product and value proposition messaging when developing regional programs and eventsExecute innovative and creative demand generation programs to generate pipeline from concept through execution, i.e., strategy, timeline, budget, design and content support, campaign development and campaign measurement.Manage campaigns from start to finish, ensuring that all deliverables are executed on time, with precision and on brand.Engage the Blue Yonder partner ecosystem in mutually beneficial co-marketing initiatives, managing many vital stakeholders and expectations across teams and companies.Measure and analyze all marketing efforts for sales teams and senior leadership; establish regular reporting cadence, present outcomes and recommendations for improvement.Learning and understanding Blue Yonder’s client base, the decision-making process and how lead generation should best address and support our ideal customer profile and key sales stakeholdersParticipate in strategy alignment across regions, enabling effective sharing of business insights, cross-team collaboration, and budget managementDevelop strong relationships with sales leadership and reps to become the face of demand generation, go-to-market, strategy, and reporting.What we are looking for:5-7 years in marketing in a variety of roles including demand generation and field marketingFluent in English and Spanish a must, fluency in Portuguese a plusPrior experience working closely with the sales team, preferably within a SaaS company is highly desiredProven track record of successfully launching, managing, and tracking 1:few and 1:many marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and booked revenueKnowledge of best practices in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing automation, lead conversion and nurturing programsExperience creating campaign briefs and working with a creative team to translate the vision into a creative conceptA strong proponent of marketing technology and operations. Depth of experience in project management and driving results across cross-functional teams is key. Strong communication, interpersonal skills and executive presence, with the ability to develop positive and professional relationships with cross functional teams across domestic and international marketsPositive, self-starter with a drive to succeed and comfortable with high levels of ambiguity in a quickly changing business environmentDemonstrable experience of working in a metrics-oriented marketing environment, comfortable with analytics, metrics and working within automation tools such as Marketo, SFDC or similarExperience with marketing tools such as 6Sense, Triblio, DemandBase, etc. is a plusExcellent project management skillsStrong understanding of budget managementSome travel required#LI-RemoteOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
