Check for details: Careers | Blue Yonder Role Summary Leading Category Management (CatMan) implementation projects and solution ownership Defining value added business process workflows based on customer needs and adapting the entire implementation process to it Guiding the customer through the change Providing advice regarding industry best practices and process methodology Effectively managing various stakeholders Help with maximizing the value of delivery for customer done by team Working on various types of projects in close cooperation with project managers in a multi-cultural organization Offering mentorship and product level leadership to internal team Interacts with Product Marketing & Development team regarding new releases and new functionality. Communicates gaps in applications capabilities Working with the pre-sales team to assess workload on a given project and recommend roles Operating in a dynamically changing environment Skills and experience required Experience 10+ years of hands-on category, space and/or assortment management experience Proven several years of experience in implementation of Category Management solutions (as part of business side of project team). Ability to lead customer facing presentations and discussions on both functional processes and technical concepts (supported by Tech Lead) and presentation skills Experience in managing complex client requirements and turn them into business solution Business process modelling and notation tools awareness (e.g. UML/BPMN 2.0 or other) Ability to convert data into meaningful insights (with Power BI data visualisation or similar tools) Experience with SQL and understanding of programming concepts Understanding of E2E Supply Chain processes in Retail environment Hands-on experience with integrating systems SaaS / Cloud environment experience is a plus Lean Six Sigma is a plus Personal Profile: Well-developed interpersonal, communication, problem solving, diplomacy and influencing skills.
