Picking up sprint/backlog tasks, reporting on task progress and working collaboratively with the entire team to deliver stories and business value. Follow up on the progress of development and report to development manager. Design services to be self-healing and to offer self-service capabilities from the ground up to achieve minimum manual intervention. Provide support to our users when they have problems or questions regarding the onboarding or overall operation of our ProductsDemo application functionality to external team members, business owners on a continuous basis and explain the existing functionality. Work with the team to come up with new ideas to improve overall application functionality and performance. Document processes and requirements to support other development efforts by other team members. Ability to take new challenges and learn new technologies quickly as and when needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or demonstrated equivalent experience. 7+ years of relevant work experience. 2+ years of leading teams of at least 4 Software Engineers. Experience with Agile development (Scrum, XM or Kanban) Experience with DevOps methodologies Experience with developing distributed applications on SaaS platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP. Experience with back-end frameworks such as Node.js, Java/Spring or Python Experience with front-end frameworks such as ReactJS, Vue, Angular, Typescript, JavaScript, TypeScript Experience designing API using RESTfulExperience with developing web applications. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git Ability to work with teams globally. Travel – less than 10% of the time.
