Snr Operations Manager Professional Services APAC Region

Scope:Be a business partner to the APAC Consulting teams for everything Operations and financial data related. Deliver and improve key metrics, management reports and dashboards for APAC Professional Services. Drive PS operations standards across organization. Be the go-to person and provide guidance on PS operations procedures. Drive/support PS Project revenue forecast. Actuals vs forecast variance analysis and corrective actions. Track project margin performance and support corrective actions. Own and drive Fixed Bid revenue forecast for APAC. Extensively partner with Practice Leaders, Service Sales, Delivery Partners, Project Managers, Finance and Revenue Accounting.What you’ll do:Deliver and improve key metrics, management reports and dashboards for APAC Professional ServicesDrive Global PS operations standards across organization.Provide guidance on PS operations procedures.Support annual budgeting processDrive/support PS revenue and PnL forecast.Actuals vs forecast variance analysis and corrective actions.Track project margins: Approved vs As Sold, delivered vs As Sold and support corrective actions.Own and drive Fixed Bid revenue forecastPartner with Practice Leads, Service Sales, Delivery Partners, Project Managers, Finance and Revenue AccountingWhat we are looking for: 3-5 years of experience in similar role in the Operations fieldBachelor’s degree in business or OperationsKnowledge of Professional Services -- operating model, process, systemsStrong analytical skills / abilitiesSolid communication skills, ability to effectively communicate w/ divers’ groups of stakeholdersAble to challenge and influence in a positive wayHighly energetic, results oriented with sense of urgencyTeam playerOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
